I saw this wedding article on yahoo.com yesterday and HAD to share it for Wedding Wednesday!
This bride and groom are the cutest and I just love these pictures from their fairy tale wedding.
"This Couple Really, Really Loves Disney"
Many women dream of meeting Prince Charming and having a fairy tale wedding.
O'Fallon, MO-based aspiring actress Jamie took that idea very seriously when planning her wedding to fiancé Christopher. The couple threw a Disney-themed ceremony with the bride dressed as Ariel from The Little Mermaid and the groom as her Prince Eric.

Jamie hatched the idea for a Disney-themed wedding after a childhood spent watching Disney movies and visiting Disney World on yearly family vacations. "There's something about Disney that makes me feel happy and safe," she says. Christopher even proposed at Disney World against the backdrop of fireworks.

Jamie preps for the wedding by having her hair combed with Ariel the Mermaid's "Dinglehopper."
The bride wore a Maggie Sottero fitted taffeta gown that flared out in cascading sea foam layers. Her heels were ocean-blue and she wore a hairpiece tangled with fake seaweed and seashells.

The guest tables were outfitted in different Disney-themes.
The Snow White table included a poisonous apple centerpiece.

The magical bridal party dressed as Disney characters: From left to right: Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, Belle, Tinkerbell, Giselle, Sleeping Beauty, Princess Jasmine, Snow White, and Megara. They walked down the aisle to an instrumental version of "Under the Sea."

The groomsmen as classic Disney villains: From left to right: Jafar (from Aladin), Tweedle Dee (Alice in Wonderland), Hades (Hercules), Frollo (The Hunchback of Notre Dame), Scar (The Lion King). Second row: Governor Ratcliffe (Pocahontas), Mr. Smee (Captain Hook), Gaston (Beauty and the Beast), and the groom Prince Eric.

Jamie's father walked his daughter down the aisle dressed as King Triton to an instrumental version of The Little's Mermaid's "Part of Your World."

The pastor wore Mickey Mouse ears and the couple had their first kiss as husband and wife to The Little's Mermaid's "Kiss the Girl."

The newlyweds honeymooned at (where else?!) Disney World for two weeks where they visited The Magic Kingdom a total of nine times. We wish them happily-ever-after!
Jamie & Christopher are completely adorable and looked like they had so much fun at their wedding.
I think it would have been a lot cuter if the pastor wore a FULL Mickey Mouse costume, and said the vows in Mickey's voice!! (hey...go big or go home!!) But I loved their over-the-top Disney wedding, very unique and so much fun!
What did you think?
